2. Unable to Parse XZFX Error 20209 -
No such child
A
few weeks ago there were some updates made to our website which are
causing these error messages to occur on any machines that are
running an older version of the Form Viewer. In order to correct
this situation, you will need to uninstall the Form Viewer that is
on your machine now and then log back into the website and
redownload the Form Viewer from the link that is provided.
After
this is complete that program should run without any further
difficulties.
3. Unable to parse XZFX file 20211 -
DOM tree unavailable (set BuildDOM to true and reparse)
Removing the Temporary Internet Files
will correct this situation. To remove the Temporary Internet Files
you need to open Internet Explorer and then go to Tools and then
Internet Options. Under the General tab locate the Temporary
Internet Files box and click the button Delete Files. Put a check in
the box Delete All Offline Content. Click Ok. An hour glass will
appear, once hour glass goes away log into WinForms Online and they
will be all set.
4. Runtime Error 75 - unable to load file. Unable to Parse file
xzfx. Path File access error
This is a permissions issue. The user does not have access to the
library directory: Documents & Settings/username/local
settings/application data/REFNViewer/libraries.
5. Unable to Parse XZFX 429
ActiveX - Cannot create object
The user is running an older version of Internet Explorer. They need
to go to www.microsoft.com
and update to version 6.0.
6. Due to Network Congestion Error, you may need to log out and
re-login to be able to create or open a transaction
The reason for this error message is to do a firewall setting on
your computer or network. The use of the Online
version requires that certain ports be "open" or "unblocked" to
allow the saving of your transaction to our servers. To succesfully
use WinForms Online, the following ports must be "opened" or
"Unblocked" for http://wfo.zipformonline.com. - Port 80 (incoming &
outbound traffic) - Port 443 (Incoming & outbound traffic) - Port
1024 and above (Incoming & Outbound Traffic) Due to the fact that
there are numerous firewall Software & Hardware packages, RE
FormsNet does not support the troubleshooting or configuration of
these specific settings. Please consult your Network Administrator
or your PC Professional with these instructions. (NOTE: These
settings will be very self explanatory to the person who setup your
firewall and should be easily configurable within a few minutes).
7. Runtime Error 429 - You do not have the appropriate license to
use this functionality
The user received either a bad download or a bad installation of the
Form Viewer. They will need to uninstall and then redownload and
reinstall the Form Viewer.
8. Runtime Error 75 - Unable to
Retrieve library Information
The user either has the form viewer open 2 times or they have a
firewall installed that is blocking the libraries from being
downloaded.
9. Runtime error 53 - File Not Found
There is no subforms.zfx file in the c:\program files\refn\formviewer
directory. The user will need to uninstall and then redownload and
reinstall the Form Viewer.
10. Whitespace is not allowed at this location
The problem stems from the customer putting an "&" or "?" "%" in the
Buyer and seller names in the transaction header. If they remove
them, they will be able to open the transaction. If you remove the
Form Viewer from the "Add and Remove programs" and install the new
viewer it should fix this situation.
11. Runtime Error 5 - Invalid
procedure /Invalid call / Invalid argument when creating a
transaction
This error occurs when there are No libraries assigned to the user
in their Online Account or the library has expired.
12. When the user tries to log in they are reverted back to the
log in screen to re-enter their e-mail address and password
Generally the case is that the date and time are not correct on the
user’s machine. They will need to go into their date and time
settings and correct this information to the current date and time.
13. When the user tries to print, the program goes to try to Fax
instead of Print
The user has a combination Printer/Fax Machine. What they will need
to do in order to get the program to
print properly is go into the Printers and Faxes section on the
computer and rename the current name of the print driver. All the
user needs to do is add a “1” to the end of the current name of the
driver and the program will print properly.
